Welcome to BTB Automotive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our text (SMS) messaging program, and the automotive services we provide. By using our website, submitting a request, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
BTB Automotive is an automotive repair and service business located at 2401 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean BTB Automotive.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program Description
BTB Automotive offers a text messaging program to communicate with customers about appointment scheduling and reminders, repair estimates and approvals, vehicle service status updates, invoices and pickup notifications, and — for customers who opt in separately — service reminders and promotional offers.
Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile number to BTB Automotive — through our website form, in person at our shop, over the phone, or by texting us — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your vehicle service. You may receive messages when you request an appointment, when your estimate is ready, when your vehicle status changes, and when your vehicle is ready for pickup. Promotional messages, if you have opted in, are sent no more than a few times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. BTB Automotive does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt back in.
To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally or text START to the number you received messages from.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by BTB Automotive.
Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
4. Appointments, Estimates, and Service
- Appointment requests submitted through our website or by text are requests only and are not confirmed until BTB Automotive confirms them directly.
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time and on a preliminary inspection. Additional issues discovered during service may change the final cost. We will contact you for authorization before performing work that exceeds an approved estimate.
- Authorization for repairs must be given by the vehicle owner or an authorized representative.
- Parts availability, shipping delays, and unforeseen conditions may affect completion times. Estimated completion dates are not guarantees.
- Vehicle pickup. Vehicles left after completion may be subject to storage fees. We are not responsible for personal items left in a vehicle.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods posted at our location. Unpaid balances may be subject to a mechanic's lien or other remedies available under New Mexico law.
6. Warranties
Any warranty on parts or labor will be stated on your invoice or repair order. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by part and by service. Except as expressly stated in writing, BTB Automotive makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer warranties on parts are provided by the manufacturer, not by BTB Automotive.
7. Disclaimers
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Information on the site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of pricing, availability, or diagnostic outcome.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTB Automotive and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or towing and rental costs, arising out of your use of our website, our messaging program, or our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services performed will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTB Automotive from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services.
